WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 16 Westport Avenue.
The two-story contemporary was built in 1923 and remodeled in 1980. It has 2,200-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a flo-thru crawl space, garage, carport and wood deck.
The property traded hands in December for $2,050,000. The property’s current assessment is $801,100.
Westport Avenue is off of Soundview Drive.
