WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 11 Manitou Court.
The two-story contemporary was built in 1981. It has 2,800-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, open porch, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in March for $2,696,000. It had previously traded for $2,400,000 last December and for $547,500 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $814,600.
Manitou Court is off of Manitou Lane, which is off Ferry Lane East, off of Compo Road South.
