WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 4 Lantern Hill Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1960. It has 2,300 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement, garage, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in January for $1,785,000. It had previously traded for $1,485,000 in 2022. The property’s current assessment is $694,600.
Lantern Hill Road is off Darbrook Road, which is off Compo Road North.
