The single-story ranch was built in 1952. It has 2,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, stone porch and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in January for $1,950,000. It had previously traded for $254,000 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $585,200.
