The single-story ranch was built in 1960. It has 1,400-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, basement area and stone patio. The property traded hands in 1995 for $262,500. The property’s current assessment is $693,500.
Ivy Terrace is off of Crescent Road, which is off of Post Road E.
