WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 12 Salem Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1966. It has 2,500 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, crawl space, garage, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in December for $1,200,000. It had previously traded for $482,000 in 1994.
