WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 29 Danbury Ave.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1930. It has 1,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, crawl space, garage, open porch, stone patio and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in May for $1,700,000. It had previously traded for $1,675,000 in 2023 and for $362,500 in 1994. The property’s current assessment is $763,700.
