The 2¼-story Colonial was built in 1965. It has 3,500 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, concrete patio, enclosed porch, finished upper story and finished attic extension.
The property traded hands in July for $1,150,000. The property’s current assessment is $697,400.
