WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 8 Fillow Street.
The 1¾-story split-level was built in 1956. It has 1,500 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, garage, enclosed porch and brick patio.
The property traded hands last month for $800,000. It had previously traded for $52,000 in 1972. The property’s current assessment is $424,900.
