WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 19 Horseshoe Lane.
The single-story Cape was built in 1950. It has 1,500 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a basement area, wood deck and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in March for $835,000. It had previously traded for $225,000 in 1990. The property’s current assessment is $492,300.
Horseshoe Lane is off Keyser Road, which connects Compo Road South and Imperial Avenue.
