The two-story Colonial was built in 1938. It has 2,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, garage, open porch, finished upper story and an in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in mid-March for $1,325,000. The property’s current assessment is $758,000.
