WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 24 Eno Lane.
The Colonial was built in 1978. It has 3,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, crawl space, garage, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in 2020 for $1,437,500. It had previously traded for $1,269,000 in 2013 and for $1,130,000 in 2004. The property’s current assessment is $894,800.
Eno Lane is off Saugatuck Avenue.
