The single-story split-level was built in 1955. It has 1,900-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a basement area, raised basement, garage, open porch, concrete patio, wood deck and inground pool.
The property traded hands in February for $1,050,000. The property’s current assessment is $464,300.
