WESTPORT–Westport-based PopUp Bagels is moving to downtown’s 178 Main Street.

Founded by Westport’s Adam Goldberg, Pop-Up Bagels has signed a lease for the space at 178 Main Street. They are projecting an early 2027 opening.

The space had been occupied by Cold Fusion Gelato. 

“PopUp Bagels started here in Westport and has grown into a nationally recognized brand,” said David Waldman, founder and president of David Adam Realty, which represents the property. “It’s exciting to see Adam bring PopUp Bagels to downtown Westport. The company has built an energetic brand and a loyal following, and it will be a great addition to Downtown Westport.”
