The 1¼-story cape was built in 1951. It has 1,000-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, basement area, garage, stone patio, wood deck and an unfinished attic expansion.

The property traded hands last month for $1,300,000. The property’s current assessment is $528,200.

Woodhill Road is off of Greens Farms Road, near Bulkley Ave S.
