The two-story Colonial was built in 1972. It has 2,600-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, open porch, finished upper story and an inground pool.
The property traded hands in May for $1,565,000. The property’s current assessment is $736,900.
Baldwin Place is off of Bayberry Lane, south of Cross Highway.
