WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 5 Franklin Ave.
The single-story ranch was built in 1945. It has 1,300-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, crawl space, garage and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in October, 2025 for $1,305,000. The property’s current assessment is $764,200.
Franklin Ave. is off of Imperial Ave.
