WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 48 Burr Farms Road.
The single-story split-level was built in 1955. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a raised basement, crawl space, concrete patio, wood deck, finished attic extension and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in April for $1,951,000. It had previously traded for $371,000 in 1986. The property’s current assessment is $919,000.
