WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 24 Ellery Lane.
The two-story split-level was built in 1956. It has 2,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, raised basement, crawl space, garage, screen porch, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in November 2024 for $750,000. It had previously traded for $1,070,000 in 2006 and for $445,000 in 1987. The property’s current assessment is $560,300.
