WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the main house at 21 Old Hill Farms Road.
The 1 ½-story custom cape was built in 1941. It has 2,700-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, open porch, stone patio, finished half-story and unfinished attic. The studio erected in 2008 remains.
The property traded hands in November 2025 for $2,440,000. It had previously traded for $1,450,000 in 2014 and for $510,000 in 1989. The property’s current assessment is $1,615,700.
