The Building Department issued a demolition permit for the home at 3 Oakwood Lane in May 2009 and it was demolished by October 2009. 

The original house, built in 1965, was a single-story ranch with 1,400-square-feet of living space and a full basement.

On the property today stands a 6,300-square-foot, 2¾-story Colonial, with nine bedrooms, seven and a half baths, a basement, a garage and a porch.

The property traded hands in August 2017 for $475,000. It had traded in 2007 for $625K.

The assessed value of the property was $273,700 in 2018 and is $1,394,000 today.
