WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 48 Cavalry Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1965. It has 3,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement area, stone patio, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in May 2025 for $1,693,643. The property’s current assessment is $1,220,700.
