The 1½-story cape was built in 1949. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, garage, concrete patio and finished half-story.
The property traded hands in 1999 for $377,000. It had previously traded for $168,000 in 1984. The property’s current assessment is $369,500.
Maple Ave. N is between Post Road E and Long Lots Road.
