WESTPORT–The record-breaking sale of four lots on Beachside Ave. reported on Nov. 21 included a fifth lot.

26 Beachside Ave., the currently vacant lot formerly owned by Harvey Weinstein, was also sold by the Bentley family, for $9 million.

In total, $54 million in Beachside Ave. property traded on Nov. 21, 2025.

According to Smart MLS, Inc., the realtor representing the Bentley’s ownership of 120, 122, 124 and 128 Beachside Ave. was The Leslie Clarke Team at Compass. The realtor representing 26 Beachside Ave. was Deirdre Andreoli, also of Compass. Agent John Raus of Berkshire Hathaway represented the undisclosed buyer.

The Bentleys started buying the Beachside properties in 2010, with the purchase of 124 and 128 Beachside, for $14.6 million. In 2013, they purchased 120 and 122 Beachside, the properties formerly owned by Phil Donahue and Marlo Thomas, for $20.0 million. In 2017, they purchased 131 Beachside, for $1.575 million. 

They bought the Weinstein properties, 26 and 28 Beachside, in 2018, for $10.0 million and $6.0 million, respectively.  

The Weinstein dwelling at 26 Beachside, the site of a 2012 Barack Obama fundraiser, was demolished by the Bentleys in 2020. The Bentleys sold 28 Beachside in 2024 for $8.5 million; they sold $26 Beachside on Nov. 21 for $9.0 million.

According to town records, over the years, the Bentleys paid $52,175,000 for seven Beachside Ave. properties. Collectively, those seven properties have been sold for $69,300,000.
