WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 96 Compo Road N.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1940. It has 3,000-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, enclosed porch, finished upper story and finished atticextension.
The property traded hands in July, 2025, for $1,650,000. It had previously traded for $485,000 in 1995. The property’s current assessment is $1,088,600.
