WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 20 Bermuda Road.
The two-story custom contemporary was built in 1963. It has 3,400-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bathroom, raised basement, stone patio, finished upper story, pier, dock and inground pool.
The property traded hands in March 2025 for $4,400,000. It had previously traded for $1,850,000 in 19933. The property’s current assessment is $2,849,800.
