WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 19 Harding Lane.
The single-story ranch was built in 1956. It has 2,200-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage and stone patio.
The property traded hands in September 2025 for $1,800,000. The property’s current assessment is $973,500.
Harding Lane is off of Hillspoint Road.
