WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 46 Park Lane.

The two-story split-level was built in 1960. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage and finished upper story.

The property traded hands in September 2025 for $1,215,000. It had previously traded for $133,000 in 1983. The property’s current assessment is $846,900.

Park Lane connects Compo Road S with Rayfield Road.
