WESTPORT–The Building Department today issued a permit to demolish the house at 4 Rocky Ridge Road.

The single-story ranch was built in 1948. It has 1,200-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths, a crawl space, a carport, an enclosed porch and a concrete patio.

The property traded hands in May 2021 for $490,000. It had previously traded for $150,000 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $312,900.

Rocky Ridge Road is off of Valley Road, which is north off of Greens Farms Road and west off of Hillspoint Road.
