WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to allow the owners of 302 Compo Road S to demolish their house.
The 1¾-story custom cape was built in 2005. It has 4,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, crawl space, garage, enclosed porch, stone patio and three quarter-story.
The property traded hands in March for $3,400,000. It had previously traded for $2,465,000 in 2010. The property’s current assessment is $1,582,500.
