WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to allow the owners of 10 Wakenor Road to demolish their house.
Built in 1928, the 2-story conventional has 1,300-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, concrete patio, enclosed porch, wood deck, finished upper story and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in June for $855,000. It traded for $126,900 in 1985. The assessor taxes the property based on an assessment of $365,700.
Wakenor Road connects Long Lots Road to Post Road East.
