Today, the property features a modern 2½-story house, with 6,300-square-feet of living space, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a basement area, garage, open porch, stone patio and in-ground pool, wood deck, finished upper story, and a finished attic expansion.
The property traded hands in January for $4,525,000. It had previously traded for $990,000 in 2023.
The property’s assessment was $752,600 in 2022 and $2,387,800 in 2024.
Bolton Lane is off of Wilton Road.
