WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to allow the owners of 3 Laurel Lane to demolish their house.
The two-story cape was built in 1939. It has 1,700-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, a bathroom, half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, screen porch, wood deck, finished half-story and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in May for $1,020,000. It had previously traded for $330,000 in 1988. The property’s current assessment is $392,900.
Laurel Lane is off of Imperial Ave.
