WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 183 Hillspoint Road.
The 1¾-story Colonial was built in 1910. It has 2,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, crawl space, garage, wood deck, three quarter-story and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in December 2025 for $2,400,000. It had previously traded for $1,400,000 in 2024, for $1,200,000 in 2003 and for $390,000 in 1994. The property’s current assessment is $1,546,700.
