WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 17 Adams Farm Road; the two-story Colonial was built in 1966. It has 2,700-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, wood deck, finished upper story and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in February for $1,700,000. It had previously traded for $1,300,000 in 2015 and for $440,000 in 1989. The property’s current assessment is $1,093,500.
