WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 10 Mary Jane Lane; the single-story ranch was built in 1975. It has 2,100-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, raised basement, garage, patio and wood deck.
The property traded hands in February for $1,510,000. It had previously traded for $1,305,000 in 2007 and for $465,000 in 1989. The property’s current assessment is $1,201,800.
Mary Jane Lane is off of Sturges Highway.
