Today, the property features a modern house with 6,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a basement area, crawl space, garage, in-ground pool, open porch, finished upper story and a three quarter story.
The property traded hands in 2018 for $1,015,000 and for $403,000 in 1991.
The property’s assessment was $657,700 in 2022 and is $1,956,800 today.
Rockyfield Road is off of Warnock Drive, off of Easton Road.
