WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 30 Sue Terrace.

The single-story ranch was built in 1954. It has 1,600-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, car port and wood deck.

The property traded hands last December for $858,000. The property’s current assessment is $352,200.

Sue Terrace is off of Crescent Road, which loops north off of Post Road East from near Roseville Road to near East Main Street.
