WESTPORT — A ranch-style house at 37 Bermuda Road was demolished in 2021. Built in 1965, the single-story house had 2,600 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage and a wooden deck.

On the property today stands a 4,400-square-foot, 2¼-story modern house, with a flo-thru basement, a flo-thru garage, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a stone patio, an open porch, a finished upper story and an in-ground pool.

The property traded hands in December 2022 for $4,100,000. It had traded in April 2021 for $1,207,996. 

The assessed value of the property was $686,400 in 2020 and is $2,025,240 today.

Bermuda Road is off of Harbor Road in Saugatuck Shores.
