WESTPORT–The Building Department today issued a permit to demolish the house at 7 Dawn Drive.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1950. It has 2,800-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a crawl space, a garage, a wood deck, a finished upper story and an unfinished upper story.
The property traded hands in February for $662,500. The property’s current assessment is $662,500.
Dawn Drive is off of Sturges Highway.
