WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to demolish the structure at 53 Reichert Circle.
The single-story ranch was built in 1953. It has 1,400-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, one bath, a basement area, a brick patio and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in October for $702,000. It had previously traded for $438,000 in 2000 and for $225,000 in 1992. The property’s current assessment is $391,500.
Reichert Circle is off of Cross Highway, near Weston Road.
