WESTPORT–The Building Department Wednesday issued a permit to demolish the house at 330 Compo Road South.
The 1½-story ranch was built in 1944. It has 1,700-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths, a crawl space, and a finished half-story.
The property traded hands in June for $1,725,000. It had previously traded for $1,500,000 in 2022, for $1,200,000 in 2021 and for $1,030,000 in 2019. The property’s current assessment is $763,100.
