WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 32 Narrow Rocks Road.
The single-story ranch was built in 1949. It has 1,900-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, garage, screen porch and stone patio.
The property traded hands in August for $1,774,000. The property’s current assessment is $579,800.
Narrow Rocks Road is off of Compo Road S.
