WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 19 Twin Circle Drive.
The single-story split-level was built in 1953. It has 1,600 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, basement garage, stone patio and wood deck.
The property traded hands earlier this month for $1,350,000. It had previously traded for $350,000 in 1992. The property’s current assessment is $584,200.
