WESTPORT — The Westport Farmers Market makes a seasonal shift to its winter quarters on Nov. 17.
The Winter Farmers Market plans its first session of the year at Gilbertie’s Herbs & Garden Center, 7 Sylvan Lane, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17. The market will be housed in Gilbertie’s greenhouses weekly on Thursdays, except Thanksgiving Day, through March 9, 2023.
To mark the start of the winter session, the market on Nov. 17 will host Bubble and Brew and Parlor Pizza food trucks; Luke Molina will play music, and Mae Farrell will show children how to make nature-inspired crafts.
Many of the market’s warm-weather vendors will be on hand for the winter season, offering locally grown or raised fruit and vegetables, meats, cheeses, milk, baked and prepared foods, and handmade items. For more information, visit the Westport Farmers Market website.
