WESTPORT — The SHORT CUTS Film Festival got underway Thursday night at The Westport Library.
Featuring a selection of award-winning pics from the Tribeca Film Festival, films will be shown online and at the library’s Trefz Forum on Nov. 4 and Nov. 18 as well.
