WESTPORT — The Staples boys tennis team won three matches in as many days this week, improving to a 5-1 season record.

The Wreckers beat visiting Norwalk 6-1 to begin the week Monday, went to Stamford and won 7-0 Tuesday, and then bested visiting Brien McMahon of Norwalk 5-2 the next day.

Staples, whose Thursday match against Darien was scrubbed by rainy weather, will next host Greenwich at 3:30 p.m. Monday. (Game schedules are subject to change; click for the latest updates.)
