WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 6 Janson Drive.
The two-story contemporary was built in 1984. It has 2,400-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, open porch, wood deck and finished upper story.
The property traded hands in October 2025 for $1,449,777. The property’s current assessment is $936,300.
Janson Drive is off of Compo Road N.
