WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit to allow the owners of 33 High Point Road to demolish their house.
The single-story ranch was built in 1963. It has 2,200-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, crawl space, garage, stone patio and wood deck.
The property traded hands in March for $1,510,000. It had previously traded for $760,000 in 2011, for $735,000 in 2010 and for $837,500 in 2007. The property’s current assessment is $567,100.
High Point Road is off of Long Lots Road.
