WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit yesterday for the two houses at 27 Narrow Rocks Road.
Both houses were built in 1900. The main house is a 1¾-story cape with 2,100-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three baths, a crawl space, a garage, a screen porch and a wooden deck.
The 2-story cottage has 1,500-square-feet of living space with two bedrooms, two baths, a finished attic and a screen porch.
The property traded hands in March for $1,950,000.
The property’s 2020 assessment was $592,600.
Narrow Rocks Road is off of Compo Road South.
